Buck’s Bar is looking for a passionate, driven Assistant General Manager to join our Hanover Street team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Scotland’s fastest-growing independent restaurant groups.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who:

  • Leads from the front and stays hands-on during busy services
  • Creates memorable guest experiences and puts customers first
  • Has at least one year’s experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Confidently manages stock, labour and controllable costs
  • Solves problems proactively and brings a positive, can-do attitude
  • Inspires, motivates and develops the people around them
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality, coaching and team development
