Amici is a well-established, much-loved Italian restaurant in the heart of Aigburth, known for exceptional food, great atmosphere and a loyal local following. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The Role

  • Running your own section during service
  • Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
  • Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and fresh food
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
