Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience working in busy kitchen environments. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a dynamic restaurant setting. We make our dough fresh daily, offering both a classic hand stretched base as well as a thicker Sicilian style crust.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pizza station in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of other menu items as required
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift

Requirements
