Job Overview

Experience is essential for the position.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our pizza van team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Neapoletan wood fire pizza, maintaining kitchen standarts.

Applicants should possess a strong commitment to food safety and excellent service as well as a wide experience on pizza making.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to menu specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
  • Serve food to guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols and hygiene standards
  • As a take away pizza van dealing with costumers taking order and payments on occasion.
  • Skills
  • Proven experience in pizza preparation and cooking with a wood fire oven.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
