Chosen by a various media and booking sites including OpenTable as "The Best Sushi Restaurant in London", Sushi Murasaki is a popular Sushi Restaurant in a quiet residential area of Maida Vale. We offer the highest quality Blue Fin Tuna, and variety of seasonal specials.

*Location - 12 Lauderdale Parade, Lauderdale Road, Maida Vale, London W9 1LU

We are seeking experienced SUSHI & HOT KITCHEN CHEF meeting the following criteria:

* At least 2 years of strong background and experience in Japanese cooking

* Professionally trained chef, with passion for Japanese cuisine

* Neat, fast, and organised individual, with full of energy

* Capable of maintaining the highest quality work during peak times

* Capable of solving unexpected problems in a short time

* Capable of controlling costs of every ingredients and consumables used in the kitchen

* Capable of maintaining highest hygiene standard of work place

Job Type: Full-time

Condition:

From £30,000 per year or above as a starting wage, depending on skill & experience

** 8 shifts per week spread over 5 days work (up to 45 hours per week)

** 28 days / year paid holiday, after 3 months probation period

** Decent working hours, WITHOUT late night shift (dinner shift finishes normally around 22:30)
