Job Overview

Chef / Cook Wanted –

Location: The Huntsman And Horn, Broomfield, Kent

Position: Part Time (2 Positions available)

Pay: Hourly, rate based on experience / Tips and Staff Discount

Hours: 20-30 hours a week, shift work including weekends & evenings, extra hours available during peak

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and hands-on Chef / Cook to be part of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality classic meals and desserts

- Maintain kitchen cleaning rota

- Receive deliveries and manage stock

- Create Specials, Desserts and Seasonal Menu

About You

Experience: Previous kitchen experience in a pub, or casual dining environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Passion for Food: A love for classic British pub food

Independent Worker: Comfortable managing the kitchen during quiet shifts as well as working as a team during peak times.

Local or Mobile: Living nearby or having your own transport (given our location).
