Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist the Head Chef in managing daily operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing diverse menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes
  • Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly followed across the kitchen
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to minimise waste and control costs
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, complying with health and safety regulations
  • Support during busy service periods by preparing dishes as required and serving customers when necessary
