Assistant Restaurant Manager - Michelin Star

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for this fabulous, beachside, Michelin starred restaurant near Swansea. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead you team to ensure a seamless service is maintained at all times as well as deputise for the Restaurant Manager

  • Restaurant supervisor experience at a 1 Michelin star or 4 AA Rosette level.

  • Confident in world wines and spirits.
  • Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills.
  • Brilliant team player able to lead by example on the floor.
  • A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to resolve guest issues calmly and effectively.
  • Immaculate presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.
