You will join as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in our Latymer Restaurant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service in our Michelin star, 5 AA Rosette restaurant. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and overall guest experience.
  • Lead the team during service, ensuring smooth flow and consistent standards.
  • Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members.
  • Oversee table plans, reservations and service readiness.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the restaurant.
