Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant/Bar Manager to oversee daily operations within our brand new establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a motivated team. Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant and bar activities, ensuring smooth operational flow.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to foster a motivated team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and promote excellent service.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating current trends and customer preferences.
  • Organise promotional events or special offers to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the establishment’s brand image.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles, including supervising teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
