As a Restaurant Manager, you'll grow a highly skilled & motivated team, work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure that all of our guests receive excellent food & drink, quality & efficient service standards and in a warm & friendly environment. Drive a culture of learning & development across your front of house team to better enhance the guest experience and our team’s job satisfaction scores. Conducting monthly team meetings, 121s and personal development reviews, focussing on our team is a priority to ensure they are well supported and motivated in their roles, keep a close eye on ticket times, food and drink quality and overall guest experience, resolving any complaints, and offering support and guidance to the team when required!
