Role:
Assistant General Manager required for a high volume and very successful branded quick service restaurant. Responsible for a large team of staff, delivering an efficient service and running a tight ship. Creating a happy and positive space for customers, with tight management of all H&S and compliance.

Requirements:
Successful at running a comparable casual restaurant business. Lead a large team through very fast-paced service and keep your team motivated and engaged whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety. High volume experience needed.
