Our Bavarian-themed bierkeller and restaurant delivers a truly unique experience filled with rustic Alpine favourites, steins overflowing with beer, and the lively energy of traditional Oompah music. About You

You’re an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in pubs, bars, or restaurants—ideally at Supervisor, Assistant Manager level. You lead from the front, stay calm under pressure, and know how to motivate and develop your team. Above all, you understand genuine hospitality and take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
