Paramount,the ultimate late-night hotspot are looking for a driven,enthusiastic individual with big sales energy to join our team as Deputy General Manager.


About the Role


As part of our management team,you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable nights for our guests. You’ll bring fresh ideas,infectious enthusiasm,and a strong drive to boost sales and keep the good vibes flowing. Strong people management is key in developing our large team.


What You’ll Do

  • Create exciting promotions and unique sales ideas to attract and engage guests
  • Drive drink and table sales with creativity and confidence
  • Bring energy and charisma to every interaction — on the floor,at the bar,and beyond
  • Work closely with management to hit (and smash!) sales targets
  • Help maintain the fun,lively atmosphere we’re known for
