Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager

About Us

We are a thriving, licensed coffee shop with a 120-seat café, a private function room, a busy takeaway operation, and an established food store. Open seven days a week, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee, high-quality food, in a family friendly environment. We are conveniently located just off the A96, with a large customer carpark, additional outdoor seating and an outdoor children’s play area.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and help further develop the business.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, driven hospitality professional who is passionate about customer care and product excellence. You will be responsible for the overall management of daily operations while identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the business.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Developing and refining our menu offerings
  • Extending trading hours strategically
  • Expanding and promoting a more comprehensive buffet and function service
  • Driving sales growth across café, takeaway, and retail store operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, takeaway, function room, and food store
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
