Pub Manager Opportunities with Dorbiere Pub Group
Join our team and lead a thriving local pub in the Midlands!

About Us:
Dorbiere Pub Group operates 42 pubs across the North East, North West, and Midlands. We are dedicated to creating welcoming, community-focused pubs that are at the heart of local life. We are seeking passionate, experienced, and motivated pub managers to join our team and help us continue to drive success at one of our Midlands Sites.

Current Vacancies:
We currently have positions available at:

  • The Hare & Gate, Queens Drive, Haregate Estate, Leek, ST13 6QF

The Venues:

  • The Hare & Gate: A traditional local featuring pub games, entertainment, Live sports, Function Room and a beer garden.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay: You’ll earn 19.5% of the wet net sales every week, plus a monthly bonus for meeting targets.
  • Profitable food operation: The food service if applicable requires a small investment from you, and all profits from food are yours to keep.
  • Business support: We provide all the tools you need to succeed, including stock, promotional materials, marketing support, team sponsorship, and food menu development.
  • Full business coverage: We cover all your business bills, including Sky, B.T, horse racing, business rates, utilities, entertainment, repairs, maintenance, stock, glassware, and more.
  • Live-in positions: Enjoy on-site accommodation at the pub.
  • Security bond: A small security bond is required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A driven, experienced pub manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service and community-focused operations.
  • Must have experience in managing pubs, driving business performance, and maintaining high standards.
  • Experience in B&B operations is required for the Oak Tree Inn.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
