Pub Manager Required – Wet Led Venue Turnaround Experience Essential

We are seeking an experienced and driven Pub Manager to join our management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of turning around and growing a wet led pub or bar.

We are looking for a hands on manager who understands how to build atmosphere, drive wet sales, and create a venue that customers want to return to time and time again.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience managing and turning around a wet led pub or bar
  • Be friendly, approachable and confident in leading from the front
  • Know how to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere
  • Be calm, patient and professional when handling customer feedback
  • Be proactive and go the extra mile for customers and the team
  • Have experience in driving sales, promotions and events
  • Be organised, motivated and commercially aware

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a venue and make a real impact.
