Deputy General Manager - The Ring O’Bells, West Kirby, CH48 7HE

Full Time – Based on 45 hours per week

Salary - £34,000 - £36,000 per annum plus generous tips (on average an additional £2.75 per hour) and excellent company benefits

The Ring O’Bells is a pub full of character and charm, situated in the heart of the old village of West Kirby, a stone’s throw from its marine lake and bustling village centre. The pub has quickly established itself as a popular place to visit on the Wirral following its extensive refurb. It has a strong reputation for offering a wide selection of top notch beers, quality wines and serving fresh interesting food cooked by our team of talented chefs. We’ve just launched 'The Pavillion' - an exciting new outdoor venture, so we’re now on the lookout for another deputy manager to join and further strengthen our team.

What we’re looking for:

A positive deputy general manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a genuine love of people and the industry, so not much!

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for. Some experience of managing people is also essential, as it’ll be a big team and they’ll be looking to you for direction and guidance.
