Full job description

We are looking to hire an Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead the team, support the GM, be the point of customer contact, manage the business operations and deliver hospitality excellence at The Greene Oak, Windsor, Brucan Pubs.

  • Salary available £40,000 to £45,000 per year inclusive of tronc, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days. Salary range dependent on capability & experience.
  • This vacancy requires a pro active manager to work across all aspects of food & beverage service, colleague management and colleague training.
  • The front of house team consists of 12 staff and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction.
  • The management team provide full support to the restaurant & bar structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful business.
  • At Brucan Pubs we believe that managers are key stakeholders in the business and are directly linked to organisational success. We are passionate about empowering managers to lead their team, contribute to the organisation’s processes and development.
  • We serve great British cuisine, in a pub environment with premium service standards and hold traditional hospitality as a core value to our standards.
  • We are looking for a manager with experience of running a busy establishment who is driven to add value to the company and also develop themselves.
  • We need a leader with passion across all elements of the business including service standards, food and beverage knowledge who is highly organised and a keen problem solver.
