Are you looking for the next step in your career? At The Stable we are looking for a fired up and passionate person to join our management team in Bournemouth

As General Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own, extra points if you like getting your hands dirty! This includes recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash management and all aspect of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.

We make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it along side a banging drinks list that is constantly evolving. We are obsessed about doing everything properly and don’t believe in cutting corners, if this sounds like something you could get on board with then we would love to hear from you.
