Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our culinary and service teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to companystandards.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and costcontrol.
  • Ensure compliance with health and food hygiene safety and all regulatoryrequirements
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and upsellingstrategies.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
