Full job description
In Short, what will I be doing?
- Ensuring we provide our guests with an amazing experience by interacting with them during their time on the golf course, going that extra mile so they have the best time with us!
- Making sure our Guests always have a refreshing drink in their hand to ensure everyone is well looked after during their time with us.
- Offering advice on the obstacles ahead! – Making sure guests are checked in and out correctly and working with the booking team to ensure there is a smooth running order.
- Leading a small team and train new staff members to the company standards, customer service and job duties, including scheduling.
- The ability to work within the current management structure.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with guests. Stocking, replenishing and ordering merchandise and drinks. Cleaning and keeping the course looking exceptional. Cross promoting other sites for food under our business umbrella.
- Looking after and managing bookings on both email and over the phone.
- Contribution in Social Media for promotion of the business and for customer engagement.
- Running and organising events and overseeing them from start to finish.

So, what are we looking for?
- A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Previous experience as a Host or Bartender preferably in a busy hospitality environment.
- Someone with a positive attitude to teamwork, who loves hospitality as much as we do.
- Someone with amazing communication skills.
