Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. The role requires a hand on approach to management whilst maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staff management, kitchen oversight, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food production processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Skills
