The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead from the front — overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable service, and inspiring a talented team to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests. Beyond day-to-day management, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and develop an exciting new wine list, share your knowledge through staff training, and play a key role in elevating the overall guest journey.
