We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Royal Bath hotel. This historic 207-room hotel, established in 1838, is renowned as Bournemouth's first hotel. Nestled in secluded grounds with breathtaking sea views, The Royal Bath Hotel offers a prime location on the Bournemouth coast, with easy access to the nearby town centre and train station while immersing yourself in the hotel's picturesque surroundings.

Your duties will include:

  • Taking responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
  • Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
  • Managing the team with training and development in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Preparing rotas in line with business requirements.
