Zan Kaufman founded Bleecker in 2012. We started as a food truck and today we have restaurants and delivery kitchens across London.

Our slogan is: commitment to the burger. We stand for cooking the best burgers in an equal world. We are united, passionate, empowering, and diverse.

Bleecker is proud to be amongst the small percentage of employers in hospitality who are leading the way in paying their team a London Living Wage.

In 2020 and 2024 we won best burger at the National Burger Awards. In 2025, we were named the Best Burger in the UK and 2nd Best in the World by World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants. We have most recently been awarded two-star "outstanding to work for - 2025” by Best Companies.

At Bleecker equality, diversity and inclusion are central to our vision and values.
