About Us

Since opening our doors, our mission has been simple: to deliver authentic Italian food paired with exceptional hospitality. From the moment guests walk in, they are welcomed by the aroma of traditional Italian cooking, fresh Mediterranean ingredients, and the warmth of our team.

Our open kitchen, homemade bread, and vibrant atmosphere create a truly memorable dining experience. Our menu blends classic Italian favourites with contemporary twists — from antipasti and handmade pasta to pizza, fresh fish, meat dishes, and indulgent desserts. We are passionate about creating a place where guests come together to enjoy great food and even better service.

The Role

We are looking for a strong and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant and team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality, people development, and operational excellence.

  • Taking responsibility for opening and closing operations
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
  • Building a positive, energetic, and high-performing team culture
  • Working closely with senior management to achieve business goals

About You

  • Previous experience as a General Manager within a busy restaurant is essential
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to manage large teams
  • Passionate about hospitality and Italian food culture
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Hands-on and confident leading from the floor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Italian language skills are a plus

What We Offer
