Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Fat Italian Ormskirk and work alongside our General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively work with and support the General Manager and Management Team
* Effectively manage the front of house team
* Supervise the day to day restaurant operations, ensuring each service runs smoothly
* Assist in training new employees in all aspects of the restaurant
* Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on, can do, nothing is too much approach
* Ensure all customers receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
* Ensure any customer queries are handled effectively and professionally
* Ensure all customers leave with a positive dining experience

The ideal candidate will:

* Have proven management experience within a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
* Have a passion for high quality food and delivering the highest levels of service
* Be a clear and concise communicator
* Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong team work ethic
* Have the ability to multi-task effectively
* Have attention to detail
