3–4 AA Rosette Experience Preferred | Accommodation Available

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team at The Chubby Castor.

We are looking for a hospitality professional with 3–4 AA Rosette experience who thrives in a refined, quality-led environment and understands the importance of exceptional service, attention to detail, and team leadership.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Have wine & spirits knowledge
  • Deliver warm, confident, and knowledgeable service
  • Work closely with the kitchen and senior management teams
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism
  • Guide guests through menus, including tasting menus and wine pairings
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within a 3–4 AA Rosette environment
  • Strong food and wine knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Professional appearance with a proactive, positive attitude
  • A genuine passion for high-level hospitality
