Join Our Team as Assistant Manager!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our vibrant Mediterranean-themed bar and restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a passion for exceptional customer service, and enjoy motivating a team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of our busy venue, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, efficient operations, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in managing daily restaurant and bar operations.

* Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house staff.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.

* Support recruitment, training, and staff scheduling.

* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and venue presentation.

* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.

* Help drive sales and achieve business performance targets.

* Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

* Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.
