JOB SUMMARY

Auld Boy Pub's are an independently run, old man’s pub for all ages. Known for our warm welcome, traditional charm and vibrant local atmosphere.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar’s operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring high-quality service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

DUTIES

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Train and supervise bar staff, supervisors & duty managers ensuring they provide exceptional customer service

- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration

- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Be passionate about the venue’s USP's and how we set ourselves apart from other bars.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a management role within the hospitality industry

- Personal License Holder

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in bartending techniques and familiar with a wide range of beverages
