Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of a welcoming restaurant, balancing excellent hospitality with smooth, safe service. You’ll support the team across the dining area and kitchen, helping guests enjoy a consistently positive experience.

Duties

  • Lead, coach and organise the team, setting clear priorities during service.
  • Support serving and, where needed, bar or coffee service, including bartending and barista duties.
  • Monitor daily operations and coordinate with kitchen staff to keep service running efficiently.
  • Your impact: By guiding the team and maintaining safe, consistent service, you help guests feel well cared for and colleagues work confidently together.

Requirements

  • Leadership, team management and supervising experience are important.
  • Restaurant experience and hospitality skills are preferred.
  • Food preparation, cooking, food safety and kitchen experience are useful; culinary experience is an advantage.
  • Serving experience is welcome, as are bartending and barista skills.
  • Hotel experience is beneficial but not essential.

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
