This is an outstanding opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join a Michelin starred, multi AA Rosette restaurant on the South Coast. The restaurant has built an exceptional reputation for thoughtful food, polished service and a relaxed, neighbourhood restaurant feel without being pretentious.

The restaurant serves a tasting menu only, with around 20 covers and a small Front of House team. This is a close, detailed and guest focused operation where every part of the experience matters, from the welcome and service flow through to drinks, table management and the final goodbye.

This role would suit a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager from a Michelin starred, AA Rosette, tasting menu or high quality restaurant background. You will need to bring warmth, confidence, strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a small team while maintaining the restaurant’s established service style and standards.


Please note, there is no live in accommodation available for this role, so applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate independently to the area.

Restaurant Manager Ideal Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high quality restaurant
  • Background in Michelin starred, AA Rosette, tasting menu or refined dining environments would be highly beneficial
  • Confident leading a small Front of House team with warmth, structure and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of service flow, guest experience, reservations and table management
  • Passionate about relaxed but precise hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with the owner and kitchen team
  • Calm, organised and detail focused during service
  • Comfortable working within an established restaurant style and maintaining high standards
  • Positive, approachable and able to bring personality without losing professionalism
  • Able to commute or relocate independently as there is no live in accommodation


Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day to day running of Front of House service
  • Manage and support a small Front of House team
  • Work closely with the owner and General Manager to deliver the restaurant’s service standards
  • Ensure each guest receives a warm, polished and memorable dining experience
  • Manage service flow across a 20 cover tasting menu restaurant
  • Support reservations, guest communication and special requirements
  • Maintain high standards across table presentation, drinks service, cleanliness and guest care
  • Train, guide and develop the Front of House team to ensure consistency
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth communication and service delivery
  • Help protect and build the restaurant’s reputation as a Michelin starred and multi AA Rosette destination
