About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where authenticity, energy, and commitment matter.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead with maturity, professionalism, and integrity
  • Build a high-energy, inclusive, fun working environment
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire your Burger Masters and shift leaders
  • Identify and grow future leaders through structured development and coaching
  • Recognise great performance and address underperformance consistently

Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality
  • Deliver the URBAN vibe - a social, relaxed, memorable experience
  • Maintain top-tier food quality, speed of service, and friendliness
  • Handle guest feedback like a pro, resolving issues with confidence

Operational Excellence

  • Own all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene compliance
  • Oversee daily due diligence, checklists, and operational paperwork
  • Maintain pristine cleanliness and ensure high maintenance standards
  • Ensure consistent execution of food preparation using URBAN standards
  • Maintain training, monitoring, and coaching in all operational areas

Financial & Commercial Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of restaurant KPIs - sales, labour, waste & costs
  • Deliver accurate cashing-up and financial reporting
  • Drive sales growth through high standards and smart planning
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to optimise your restaurant

What We’re Looking For - Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience (QSR or fast-paced hospitality preferred)
  • Strong, commercially aware leader capable of driving performance
  • Passionate about serving great food
  • Customer-obsessed and team-focused
  • Skilled in operational best practice and maintaining standards
  • Confident in managing maintenance and overall site presentation
  • Excellent people skills with a passion for developing teams
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Personal Alcohol Licence
  • First Aid at Work
