Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, drive sales growth, and foster a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer experiences, streamline operational processes, and uphold the highest standards of management . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a significant impact in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

  • Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, motivated workforce.
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers, ensuring organizational skills are consistently demonstrated
  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and controlling expenses
  • Implement effective time management practices to optimize daily workflows and operational efficiency

Experience

  • Proven management experience at GM level, from a high volume site, in hospitality.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse groups of employees.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in managing schedules, Sales, P&L's, and Labour Controls.
