Executive Chef Manager Milton Keynes Area
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £45,000

We are recruiting for an Executive Chef Manager.

As an Executive Chef within a Culinera school you will be responsible for
Daily WOW showcasing bright, tasty food.
Leading the H&S within the kitchen
Engage with customers to develop the offer to their needs
Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team

We are looking for people with:
Strong Chef background demonstrating a progressive career to date
Be up to date with current food trends
Have a real passion for food and customer service
Have good Health & Safety knowledge
Be able to work within set budgets and have a commercial approach
Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
This role is term time only with the addition of 4 weeks
45 hours per week
Monday to Friday
A trade test will be required for this role.
