WE’RE HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER | MAÎTRE D’

Are you an experienced, passionate and personable hospitality professional?

We’re looking for someone who understands that exceptional dining is about more than what’s on the plate. From the moment our guests arrive to the moment they leave, you’ll help create the warm, polished and memorable experience that Plas yn Dinas is known for.

The role will involve leading, training and supporting the front of house team, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing day to day restaurant and bar operations and helping us continue to grow.

The ideal candidate will be: Experienced in a restaurant, hospitality or front-of-house management role

* A natural leader with excellent communication skills

* Passionate about food, wine and exceptional service

* Organised, reliable and able to think on their feet

* Friendly and approachable, while maintaining high professional standards

* Able to work three out of four weekends and flexible hours as required

* Someone who takes pride in their attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences

Salary will reflect experience and the successful candidate’s level of responsibility.
