Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth operation of our busy establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food production, service, and safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop management expertise within a dynamic team environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery
  • Be hands on during our busy periods.
  • Supervise and support staff in food service
  • Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to enhance team skills
  • Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings
  • Strong F & B background
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
  • Organised with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude

This role is suitable for individuals passionate about hospitality who are eager to contribute to a vibrant team while advancing their management career.

The hours will be based on 40 per week, including weekends, working either an Early (7:30am - 4pm) or Late (3pm - F) shift.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
