You will be known as a Restaurant General Manager or RGM

Our General Managers not only have the day-to-day responsibilities of running our restaurants with our great teams, but they are also responsible for making sure they represent the amazing Live Más culture that is Taco Bell that continues to differentiate us from our competitors.

You will not only be joining the Taco Bell team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands: KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 restaurants.

What will you do?

• Build People Capability through driving culture and performance
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience through ensuring safe and legal day-to-day operations
• Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits through controlling Profit & Loss

• Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment
• Drive, passion, and a natural energy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis
