Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales just outside Ingleton, currently undergoing refurbishment, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, locally sourced ingredients, cosy, well appointed guest accommodation and fun workplace environment.

Serving Breakfast, Morning Coffees, Lunches and Evening Meals alongside our Cask Ales and Exciting Wines, The Marton Arms provides something for everyone, so we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant functioning, maintaining high standards of quality, and managing a team of staff members.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking
- Oversee bar operations and bartending activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed

Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills are required
- Knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Excellent supervisory abilities to oversee staff effectively
