Barton Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and food service areas.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Oversee staffing, training, rotas, and performance management.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and hotel management team to enhance the guest experience.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and service initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality management role.
