What you’ll own:
  • Deliver a top-tier drinks offering, from classic cocktails to signature serves
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-energy bar team
  • Create exceptional guest experiences every time
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and drive strong GP performance
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly

  • Proven leadership experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
