About Us

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. About You

You must be a confident and considerate leader – to nurture a happy and motivated team.

A passion for hospitality is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment. We employ hard-working people who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional drinking & dining experiences.

Location

Lincoln -Duke William Hotel, The George at Langworth, The Ferry Boat, Royal William IV, The Horse & Groom.

Remuneration

£29,000 to £31,000 + Performance bonus of upto £2000 p/a + Gratuities

Job Role

Responsible for the efficient management of the site. Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness. Managing profit margins and growing sales. Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.

Computer literacy skills.
