About Us

Coastfields Leisure Ltd is one of the largest holiday park operators on the East Coast of Lincolnshire with a range of venues from Mablethorpe to Skegness. We all work together to ensure that all of our owners, customers and employees are well looked after and have a great season!

About The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager, based at our Coastfields site in Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire (near Skegness). This is a permanent, full-time role.

- Helping to achieve exceptional food & beverage sales and service

- Leading, supporting and coaching the F&B Team (Bars/Restaurant)

- Providing a safe, secure and appealing environment by adhering to health and safety guidance

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

- Cash handling

- Stock management

- Duty Management

- Other Duties as Required

About You

- A proven track record of training, developing, building and motivating a team

- Ability to work with senior management to implement procedures

- Supportive and willing to help out the team to achieve shared success

- Keen attention to detail

- Previous experience leading a team in a busy food and beverage environment
