We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to join our team at our busy family-run country pub in Blidworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team whilst maintaining high levels of service.

Key responsibilities include;

• Managing, leading and motivating the front of house team.
• Overseeing daily service across the bar and restaurant
• Preparing staff rotas and managing staffing levels.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Training and developing team members.
• Maintaining high standards of customer services, cleanliness and presentation.
• Handing customer queries and resolving any issues/complaints professionally.
• Managing stock, ordering and operational duties.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate;

• Previous experience in a hospitality management role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Confident in leading and managing a team.
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Professional, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Driving license and access to own transport, due to location.
