Pub Manager – Live‑In, Self‑Employed

Dorbiere Pub Group operates 42 pubs across the North East, North West, and Midlands, and we are committed to running welcoming, community‑focused pubs that sit at the heart of local life. We are now seeking passionate, experienced, and motivated pub managers to take on an exciting opportunity at one of our Blackpool sites.

We currently have a vacancy at the Boars Head in Blackpool. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated manager or management team with experience in food service and running their own kitchen. The Boars Head is a traditional local pub with strong potential to offer classic pub grub, the site offers excellent opportunities to grow an already thriving business.

This is a self‑employed, live‑in position. You will earn 19.5% of wet net sales every week, along with a monthly bonus for meeting targets. The food operation, if applicable, requires a small investment from you, and all profits from food are yours to keep. Dorbiere Pub Group provides full business support, including stock, promotional materials, marketing assistance, team sponsorship, and food menu development. We also cover all business bills, including Sky, BT, horse racing, business rates, utilities, entertainment, repairs, maintenance, stock, glassware, and more. On‑site accommodation is provided, and a small security bond is required.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced pub manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong community relationships. You must have experience managing pubs, driving business performance, and maintaining high operational standards. Strong leadership and team‑management skills are essential.

This opportunity allows you to run your own pub with the full backing of Dorbiere Pub Group. You will have the freedom to shape the business while benefiting from our support in promotions, menu development, and day‑to‑day operations. Interviews will be held locally for all positions.
