Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic dining team. Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, bartending, and kitchen activities

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food production
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food quality control processes
  • Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a cohesive team environment
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Oversee bar operations including bartending procedures and beverage service to enhance the guest experience

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with leadership responsibilities
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
  • Hands-on culinary experience or background in food production is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including serving procedures and barista or bartending skills
  • Strong team management abilities with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working in hotel or large-scale dining environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
