Assistent Restaurant manager required for busy Italian restaurant

Experienced Manager required to assist in the day to day running of a busy Restaurant / Bar, we pride ourselves on great quality service & food. You will be required to work full time on a rota basis, nights and weekends are a must.

Role Responsibility

  • Part of the running a fantastic busy restaurant
  • As Manager, you will be the face of the business. You will manage the restaurant efficiently with pride and enthusiasm.
  • Good people management skills are essential — with the ability to inspire the team and remain calm under pressure.
  • Financial awareness
  • Stock management
  • Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards are being met at all times
  • Experience with high volume, fast paced sites
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility with shift patterns

The Ideal Candidate will have had at least 2 years of experience at Assistent Restaurant/General Manager or Deputy Manager level in a similar environment.
