Full job description

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Supervisor to join our team. Banchory Lodge is a very busy F&B operation with capacity for up to 100 covers in our restaurant. The emphasis is on providing great customer service making our guests feel welcome and relaxed at all times. We also host many weddings and events throughout the year, making every occasion special.

Working in an operational role, the right candidate will be a hard-working and fun, able to work under their own initiative and lead by example. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of restaurant service, demonstrating excellent communication with the guests, kitchen and floor team. A desire to help nurture and develop the team through strong leadership is key, motivating the team to achieve targets and exceed guest expectations.

Duty management shifts will be part of this role, and a familiarity with hotel operations is essential to be successful. Experience of running party nights, weddings or other special events would be an advantage.

Working knowledge of Hotel PMS, experience supervising a diverse team and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast paced environment is required.

Working 4-5 days from 7, including evenings and weekends. We are looking a full or part time Supervisor/Duty Manager with the ability to work a minimum of 25-30 hours per week and flexibility to cover holidays and busier periods when needed.
