The Role

As our General Manager, you will be the face of Water’s Edge. You will take full ownership of the venue’s operations, ensuring that our "Good Food, Good Service, Good Atmosphere" mantra is delivered consistently every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

· Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily flow of a high-volume site, managing everything from our busy Sunday roasts to private celebrations and events.

· Service Standards: Drive improvements in service speed and guest satisfaction, ensuring every visitor receives a premium experience.

· Financial Management: Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory to ensure the continued commercial success of this independent venue.

· Community Engagement: Build lasting relationships with our regular guests and the local boating community.

Who You Are
