Summary

'We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Freespirit Pubs in the United Kingdom. Based in the local area, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our pubs continue to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.'
Responsibilities

' Oversee daily operations of multiple pub locations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various venues to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Coordinate events such as weddings and special functions to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.'
  • Qualifications

' Proven management experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in pub or restaurant settings.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of retail or sales management is advantageous.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus but not essential.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is desirable.'
