What You’ll Do

  • Prepare high-quality coffee, food, and drinks to exceptional standards while ensuring your team consistently delivers the same.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing friendly, genuine service and professionally handling customer concerns or escalations.
  • Thrive under pressure during busy periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Complete cash handling procedures accurately and follow all security and compliance processes.
  • Support, coach, and train team members while maintaining clear communication throughout every shift.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance at all times.
  • Manage stock ordering and deliveries to ensure strong product availability and smooth daily operations.
  • Lead by example by promoting positive behaviours, strong attendance, professionalism, and excellent workplace standards.

  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous management or supervisory experience within coffee, hospitality, or food service
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering results
