The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating the front-of-house and wider restaurant team
  • Maintaining consistently high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Managing rotas, staffing levels, training, and performance
  • Monitoring sales, costs, stock, and wastage
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing requirements
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Working closely with the senior management team to achieve business targets
  • Leading by example and creating a positive, professional team culture

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous Management experience in a High end Restaurant.
  • Is a confident and inspiring team leader
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is commercially aware and understands restaurant KPIs
  • Has a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
  • Can remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Is flexible and willing to lead from the front
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality and developing people

Pay: £50,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
