What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the General Manager and Deputy Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Supervising staff and supporting teams to deliver excellent service
  • Leading shifts, delegating tasks, and coaching team members during busy periods
  • Ensuring operational standards, hygiene, and safety are maintained
  • Assisting with budgeting, stock control, and operational targets
  • Organising and planning events
  • Handling guest enquiries or issues professionally and promptly

Pay & Hours

  • £27,500 basic salary
  • £4.5k bonus available annually
  • TRONC (circa £3.5k - £4.5k per year)
  • Based on a 40 hour working week
  • Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month
  • Flexible shift patterns between 8am – 2am, including weekends, depending on venue demands

Why join us?

  • A social, fun, and supportive leadership environment
  • Company-wide summer party (plus one invited!)
  • Birthday gift to celebrate your day

Perks across our venues:

  • 25% off food & accommodation
  • 15% off drinks

(Valid at The Queens Hotel, The Ship, The Eagle, The Elephant, Liberty Tavern & Lytham House)

  • Opportunities to grow further within the business
  • Access to nationally recognised courses and leadership training
  • A culture that values recognition, appreciation, and empowerment

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in hospitality supervision or management in a fresh food venue
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Able to motivate and support staff while leading by example
  • Confident in operational management and problem-solving
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Commercially aware and capable of supporting operational and financial goals
  • Positive, professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction

Above all, you’ll take pride in supporting a high-performing team, maintaining excellent standards, and helping create memorable experiences for every guest.
